Hey, I’m Connor — a Leeds-based wedding photographer and the person behind 53 Degrees Media.
I specialise in natural, relaxed wedding photography across Leeds, Yorkshire, and throughout the UK. My approach is simple: capture your day as it actually happens — not how it’s staged to look.

I don’t turn weddings into photoshoots.
Most of the day, I work quietly in the background, blending in and capturing real moments as they happen. No forced smiles, no over-directing — just genuine emotion, natural interactions, and everything in between.
From the big moments to the small, often overlooked ones, my focus is to create images that reflect your personalities, your story, and the atmosphere of your day.
From Performing Around the World to Wedding Photography
Before focusing fully on wedding photography, I worked as a professional singer, performing around the world.
That experience gave me a deep understanding of people, emotion, and timing — all of which play a huge part in how I photograph weddings today. It taught me how to read a moment as it’s happening, not recreate it afterwards.
Life Outside Weddings
When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m spending time with my wife, Shaneece, and our daughter.
Becoming a dad has completely changed how I see weddings. I understand more than ever how important these moments are — not just for you now, but for the people who will look back on them in years to come.
We also love travelling and exploring new places, which keeps my creativity fresh and constantly evolving.
